Welcome to Liz's global online Yin Yoga! Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga, the asana’s are held for a longer period, ideal for restoring, stretching, balancing and strengthening the body and clearing the mind!
Please log in 5 minutes ahead of start.
When you sign up you agree to leave the camera on! These are interactive session's, when you are new, please introduce yourself at the beginning, you can ask question's or comment at the end on physical and mental health.
Wear comfortable clothes, use a yoga mat and cushion/towel/blocks and a bottle of water.
