Spring Bootcamp and Brunch!
It's back to warmer weather and outdoor training (fingers crossed) this April! Bringing back on of our more popular activities; come for an hour long workout outdoors at gorgeous Primrose Hill. All ability levels welcome (please just message if you have an injury that needs accommodating.)
We'll move through an hour long workout filled with some interesting gym toys and creative bodyweight movements. At the end of the workout, we'll head to the main street in Primrose Hill for some yummy brunch and hot drinks. Please note this event is free but you should bring card or cash for any brunch you'd like to have.
