A Day to Discover Art and Tradition of Prosciutto, And More !
Save the date of 11 June! We are planning a day rich of great food, tradition and history!
Firstly, we have a guided visit to MuSa, the first museum in Italy dedicated to delicatessen! We are going to discover how a cured meat is born, with which gestures, which recipes, which processes. We will have a tasting of Culatta, Mortadella, Salame and Prosciutto Cotto with a glass of Lambrusco and some grissini.
The cost is €10 per person. Payment in advance is mandatory.

After the visit, we are going to a nice restaurant for lunch - La Contea di Montale, well known for good food and beautiful environment! Details of the lunch, and the activity after we eat, will be announced soon!
Our activities are getting more and more fun because of all of our very sociable attendees! We need to help each other with transportation if we want to enjoy more outings together! As some of us do not drive car which is needed to get to MuSa, we have planned for a pick up at Modena train station at 10:15 sharp. Please do let us know. If you can give a lift to someone, please kindly leave a note on the group wall or write to Simone or Rosy, telling us from where you could pick up and how many people you could give ride to. Thanks.
