Tasting and Museum visit
On April 1st, we shall be visiting again the Protected content in Castelnuovo Rangone in the discovery of the gestures, recipes and processes of charcuterie and cured meat. Our visit shall include a private tasting of some of Villani's produce - Culatta, Mortadella, Salame and Prosciutto Cotto -as well as local cheeses on the terrace with a glass of local wine. There will also be the chance to go the factory store and purchase the products at a 20% discounted price. You might wish to bring your freezer bag!
Before this visit, one can join a special guided tour of Villa San Donnino Protected content organised by the Bologna Art & Culture Group coming from Bologna in a private coach also for our Group's Museo visit. During that tour, which commences at 10:15 and shall last about 1 hour and a half, you will get to visit one of the finest examples of interpretation of the Art Nouveau movement in Emilia Romagna as well as the ancient balsamic vinegar cellar inside Villa San Donnino founded in Protected content , since when its production has become a family tradition. Villa San Donnino is close to Modena Sud on the A1 and a short ten minute ride from the Museo.
