TRANSPORTATION: Our intent is to accommodate all members who would like to attend this event. Ultimately this depends on the number of people who sign up and the vehicle space available. We will help coordinate rides as we get closer and have a better understanding of who will be attending.
PLEASE NOTE: Non-4X4 vehicles are able to access this site. There is no need for an SUV or 4X4 for this trip.
WHAT TO BRING:
1 - Weather appropriate clothing
2 - Food & Snacks
3 - Drinks (Please ensure you bring adequate water)
4 - Chairs & Blankets
5 - Games & Activities
FIREWOOD & CHARCOAL: Please bring firewood and charcoal!
FOOD: In the past we have found that it is better to have attendees bring and contribute food items in a "potluck" manner. The following are some suggested items:
- Chicken, Lamb or Beef BBQ (kebabs)
- Vegetables
- Fruits
- Salads
- Bread or other Appetizers
We will provide a BBQ grill and charcoal, but it would be great to have a couple more to assist in cooking. If you have one and can contribute please bring it along.
