“Russian Seasons Mystery”

The annual Luxembourg Gala des Etoiles, which has already become a tradition, knowing to inspire an ever-growing international audience.

After the great success in the past six years, the organizers proudly present again a star-studded program for this special cultural highlight.

For one thing “Russian Seasons Mystery” is commemorating the great impresario Sergei Diaghilev, who revolutionized the world of ballet more than Protected content ago by his creativity, and on the other hand Ida Rubinstein, one of the most dazzling artists of the first half of the 20th century.

The audience will be surprised with classical variations as well as world premieres and wonderful performances by Maria Eichwald, Liudmila Konovalova, Ketevan Papava, Kiyoka Hashimoto, Tatiana Melnik, Evelina Godunova, and international male ballet stars like Masayu Kimoto, Young Gyu Choi, Alessandro Staiano, Francesco Daniele Costa, glamorously accompanied live by Maestro Igor Zapravdin, Artistic Director of the Gala and pianist at the Wiener Staatsoper.

The exclusivity of the Gala is emphasized further by the presence of world star Daniil Simkin, who is a Principal Dancer with the American Ballet Theatre.

The young Austrian-Russian star violinist Yury Revich will be part of some creations in the Gala. In Protected content already in his early 20s – he was awarded “Artist of the Year” at the ECHO Klassik Awards. Meanwhile, Yury Revich regularly plays concerts at all major concert venues on his Stradivari from the year Protected content .

With a tribute to Ida Rubinstein, Ketevan Papava will take us to a time travel into the center of the Belle Epoque.

Two Luxembourgish dances performed by the soloist with the Leipzig Ballett Natasa Dudar and her partner Lou Thabart as well as by Annick Schadeck and Rhiannon Morgan are also part of the program.

With the magic of the imagination, the charming presenter and illusionist Laurent Beretta from Paris takes the audience into another world of incomparable beauty.
