Please consider giving 4 hours of your time to help those struggling with food insecurity. The elderly and single-parent families are disproportionately affected.

We need some extra helpers at the Food Bank. It is a commitment of 4 HOURS to sort and distribute food.

This is your chance to help out, have fun, meet new friends and support those who struggle to put healthy food on the table for their families.

Since Protected content , the Münchner Tafel has been distributing donated food to the needy. Although poverty is not always visible, the Münchner Tafel distributes food to thousands of people every week, right here in Munich.

Space is limited. If you sign up, and CAN NOT make it, please be sure to cancel your attendance so that someone else can attend.
