Core Focused Yoga
Practice yoga postures and train your body for strength and flexibility. Dynamic flow sequences get the body warm and the heart pumping, while long-held poses strengthen and stretch the muscles. Taught by certified instructor Lindsey Law.
Due to public health reasons, yoga mats will no longer be loaned out but can be purchased in the office from 9 am-6 pm. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water. Pre-registration is not required. Participants are required to sign exercise release form upon arrival. Please consult your physician before engaging in exercise.
