Architectural Sketching Tour ✏️ Liberty Square✏️
Whether you are an artist yourself or have not drawn since childhood, architectural sketching is a great way to see the city, connect with Internations and share your own unique vision of Budapest. Beginners welcome!
We love hosting meaningful experiences with guests from diverse backgrounds who can share their creative process! Our special guest instructor for this program is James Dougherty. James is Director of Design at Dover, Kohl & Partners; an American architecture firm specializing in traditional city planning. James currently lives in Budapest with his family.
✏️Location:Protected content Whether in black and white or in color, there are many themes to explore and details that usually go unnoticed.
✏️What we’ll do:
1. We will meetProtected content James will introduce his philosophy of architectural drawing & the art of on-site speed sketching.
2. Then we'll walk to nearby Liberty Square and sketch our way through all corners of the beautiful space, exploring the hidden architectural surprises.
✏️Complimentary sketching supplies will be provided:
All guests will receive their very own pocket sketchbook, sketching pencil, and pocket sharpener!
