How to tap unused resources

This workshop shows you how to activate your inner resources and what you need to do to thrive and lead a healthy, balanced and happy life.

The PurePotential method uses scientific tools in combination with ancient yoga techniques to awaken our true potential. It is about using our strengths and positive traits to produce genuine happiness and unlimited fulfilment on multiple levels that include, among others, the biological, personal, relational and institutional dimensions of life.

We teach you how to find inner balance and a natural state of heightened energy levels. A proactive fusion of Yoga Exercises, Neuroscience insights, Positive Psychology combined with powerful mindfulness techniques. Learn how to efficiently regulate your emotions and experience a natural, authentic presence. This results in inner clarity, joy and motivation.

You will learn how to empower body, mind and spirit and how to use these techniques for your personal use as well as in your work environment!

Please bring comfortable clothing for the yoga session. We will serve some snacks after the presentation.
