Yoga for everyBODY: why don't you try it?
If you ever had thought that "yoga is not for me, because... I am not flexible", come and take a new look, because yoga is for everyBODY! You might be surprised to realize, that yoga especially works great on not flexible people.
Practical 75 min Hatha Yoga class in English is intended for all people who wish to begin practicing yoga. This class is marked out by its simplicity, comprehensibility and accessibility to all. It will introduce you to fundamental yoga asanas (postures) and pranayamas (breathing techniques). You will learn to perform asanas and pranayamas correctly and feel the effect that promotes further progress and personal development.
The goal of this class is to create a space for practicing yoga and learning new things together. It is open for beginners, all yogi-wanna-bes, as well, intermediate yoga practitioners.
Tea and light snack will refresh us after yoga practice. Mats and all other props will be provided.
