Dear members of Zug Yoga, Health & Mindfulness Group,

After our successful yoga, mindfulness and prevention workshop in October, we invite you to join us on Tuesday, 29 January Protected content learning more about healthy nutrition, positive energy and fitness.

We are happy to represent three new speakers:

Karen Verbeeck:
Your health is the passion of nutritionist Karen, the owner of Steps4YOU, for over 20 years. Thanks to her multidisciplinary training, she has studied the basics of a balanced diet plan, from absorption into individual cells to the effects on the entire human body.

Mirjam van der Rol - Lemsom:
Mirjam, the owner of Happy Elephant, is an experienced energy worker and lifecoach. Working with healthy energy has taught Mirjam that our unconsciousness, our beliefs, our patterns of behaviour and much more are key roles in our thought paths. Energy work helps to let go of old behaviour patterns, convictions and emotions.

Henlu van der Westhuizen:
Henlu has been active in the health and fitness industry for more than 16 years. He spent 10 years as a Master Personal Trainer in London, where he was regarded as one of the UK's most popular and successful personal trainers. The owner of HHH HEALTH RETREATS will be talking about the correct ways to train to improve your metabolism, fitness and energy levels as well as about detoxification as part of our everyday health and wellness.

The workshop will again take place at historic and magic Pulvertum in Zug.

Casual clothes are recommended.
