Ready to Join?

Let me guide you on a walk along the river Lorze and get to know the basics of Mindfulness. A short introduction is followed by walking in nature, noble silence, the sounds and smells of nature. By using our senses, we slowly come to our senses. Afterwards you will continue your day feeling fresher, lighter and more balanced. Experience it for yourself!
