We continue our elemental series with the element of Air. The air element is the moving force of the entire universe. If there is movement, then there is air. The Air element consists of the qualities of dry, light, and subtle. Air is associated with the mind, intellect, clarity, and positivity.

It represents our mental activity such as intellect and the ability to reason, memory, thoughts, knowledge, and comprehension. Just as we breathe, so do we think, communicate, and relate to higher wisdom and true self. The stronger and clearer your connection to air, the stronger and clearer is your connection to your true self and intuition.

Let’s connect with the qualities of air, and explore expansiveness, freedom, inspiration, imagination, a higher perspective, communication, and ideas together.
