Wounded Water - Agua Herida, by Anabel Torres

Anabel Torres is a Colombian poet who has lived in her country of origin, in the United States and in Europe, and now lives near Seville. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and this book of poetry has all poems in the two languages. As she puts it herself, "I am lucky enough to have two sets of everyday china in which to serve up words". There is much more to her petry than its being bilingual: poetry as words, and as vision. We will be fortunate to have Anabel with us over lunch to talk about her book, and read some poems.
