1) Bring water for staying hydrated
2) Eat 3 hours before the training
3) Wear shorts and vest (dry fit as much as possible)
4) Runners are categorized as Beginners, Intermediate and Fast Runners.
5) Bring a mat for core exercise
6) Come on time for stretching/warm-up
7) Stay till the end of the program (Encouragement/Group picture)
