Another excellent band on tour: Apocalyptica. This Finnish symphonic metal cello quartet plays original songs and covers without the use of conventional guitars and bass. Their covers of Metallica songs are legendary.

Epica, a Dutch symphonic metal band, is accompanying Apocalyptica under the fitting tour name: The Epic Apocalypse Tour. There is also the opening band Wheel, which plays progressive rock and metal.
