The start of the new year can be used as a 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 to 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳𝗳 a new direction for a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. What I am today? What I want to become? How I get there? Dissemble, take stock, set intention and reassemble again.

Let's elaborate on this together. Your contributions are very welcome, the more so since we are so different and have very diverse experience. It is our 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 that enriches our exchange, in which all voices have 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 weight and are 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 as valuable.
