Ready to Join?

How about starting the weekend with the discovery of classic Pilates exercices and connect your body and mind together. Let's flood the body with the good feelings one gets from exercising the whole body!

All skills level and ages are welcome. The class is limited to 4 people to make the workout dedicated to the needs of each person.

The class will last for 55 minutes followed by refreshment drinks and chat about the topic of the day

Recommend to wear comfortable sportswear and bring cotton socks for the class. A changing room and lockers are available in the studio.

The benefits of a regular Pilates practice creates strength without bulk
(Pilates does not over-develop some parts of the body and neglect others), increases flexibility and develop core strength.

Improving good posture (it's a reason why people do Pilates for back pain), increases energy by getting the breath and circulation moving, finally increase awareness (Body/Mind connection) by practicing each movement with total attention.

The body and mind unite to bring forth the most benefit possible from each exercise.
