Sports city forest track is a nice place to run or walk. The full track is around 2.1 KM approximate to 1.3 miles.
We will start light jogging on pace 6mph and may accelerate accordingly, our goal will be completing 2 to 4 laps so bring on your running shoes, a towel and water bottle and let us burn those calories out.
As running can help improve physical and mental health this activity will take a place on weekly basis so setup your calendar and get motivated.
