WE ARE BACK TO BACK!
Sports city forest-track is a nice place to run or walk. The full track is around 2 KM approximate to 1.1 miles.
We will start light jogging on pace 6mph (FAST walk) and may accelerate accordingly, our goal will be completing 2 to 4 laps and last the 2 hours, however, two hours is the total time we can move in between.
bring your running shoes, a towel and water bottle and let us burn those calories out. And always remember we can walk, jog, and run so no matter the condition we will make it happen.
Fellows, As running can help improve physical and mental health this activity will take a place on weekly basis every Friday morning, so setup your calendar and get motivated.
