TOTAL RELAXATION: Relaxation is essential to everyone. In a relaxed state of mind and body we are less likely to drift into negative, anxiety provoking thoughts and feelings. Our body feels better, tension and stress are gone, and our minds are open to the pursuit of more positive and fulfilling endeavors.
This is a noninteractive session: I will guide you through progressive relaxation. Complete relaxation takes thirty-minutes. When we finish the process, you will feel wide awake, completely alert, and full of energy. Should you fall asleep during the process enjoy it, you probably needed to rest. You will remember the entire process and how to induce this state anytime you wish. I will send a Zoom link to everyone who signs up.
