Meditation sessions and yoga
You are cordially invited to join us for a group meditation.
For those who don't know what meditation is, the simplest way to define it, is to say that it is something that helps us being in the moment, let go of stress and tensions and live more fulfilled lives.
We often associate it with various breathing techniques and yoga but basically, what we want to achieve with all of that is the so called "meditative state", when we are always in the NOW and fully aware of everything that we do.
So far we have four different guided meditations. Prior to the mediation, we usually do some breathing techniques that help us go deeper within.
The meditations last between 30 minutes and one hour. After the meditation we generally stay a bit longer all together for sharing experience, having tea and biscuits.
The meditation itself is free but we invite you to leave a certain amount as a donation, for the energy exchange and the rent.
Everyone who is interested is welcome to join, there isn't a limit of attendees for the meditation.
But there is room in our center for a maximum of 40 people, though it rarely happens that so many people come :)
