Let's climb a wall!
It's an easy and fun activity to do and to make it happen, we need to form 2 teams of 4 people each. For our safety, each team will have their own teacher.
What are the benefits of climbing a wall?
- Gives confidence and helps to self-improve.
- Develops muscle tone and strength.
- Improves balance and flexibility.
- Helps concentration and improves body movements' coordination.
