Virtual Boxing Training: Throw the Jab!
Quarantine is boring, but only as long as you don't know what to do. So what is about a bit of physical activity at home? Maybe reading and watching TV all day long has become a kind of monoculture.
This virtual boxing class for beginners and those who want to refresh their knowledge will train your body and mind. Best of all: everything needed for the training can be found at home, and the exercises can be done in your living room, patio, garage or wherever you find a space of about 2 metres x 1 metre.
In the video I will guide you through the exercises step by step. To avoid any kind of later discomfort you should by no means skip the warmup and always look for good technique.
Preparation: please look for two empty small or big plastic water bottles and refill them with water. You also need a towel and a bottle of mineral water to stay hydrated.
