2. Level 3 is Leg Fat Burnnig Exercise Programme (you can always do more)

3. Follow your programme for constructive 21 days . You should be finished with your full programme by our ZOOM meeting.

4. On the 22/11/ Protected content 7.00 pm we will close the event and challenge chatting about your experience via ZOOM through InterNations. Event will go ahead with min 3 participants joining.
