Yoga for runners
Indi and I will take you through a stimulating event to make sweat, tone, and relax. Get ready to start your 5km run to get your heart beat increase. Once we are done with our 5km run, we will do power yoga to get your body in shape. Lastly we will stretch, so that our body and mind will become one. Once stretching is over, we will have some tea or coffee.
N.B: Don't forget to bring your towel or yoga mat, water bottles and of course some good vibes.
