Let's discover Aqua exercises together
Indi and I would like to invite you to the most popular and fun summer workout on June 17th from 11:30am - 4:00pm. We will start with a 45 minutes Aqua Fitness as a warm up and muscle workout that is suitable for both males and females .
After Aqua Fitness, we will take a 15 minutes break and then it is optional to join for Aqua Zumba class. You can join this class around the pool or jump in and out as you wish.
We will for sure make you feel that you worked out and feel the good sore muscle pain. Nevertheless, we want you to enjoy your day and send out positive vibes.
