What's Laughter Yoga: It's combination of deep breathing exercises from yoga and laughter exercises, which oxygenates our body and brain, makes us feel more healthy, and energetic. In this class, you will laugh with easy & special guided techniques, and you will feel the benefits on the very first session!
We initiate laughter as a contagious & playful body exercise, practice laughter as a meditation and close the class with various relaxation & breathing methods. Laughter yoga is an amazing practice for anyone looking to bring more joy, playfulness and sociability into their life. Some studies suggest that laughter lowers stress hormone levels and may improve tolerance of pain.
