Emotional Intelligence for Service Industry
This month, we'd like introduce a new concept for the group: a networking combined with talk show with a focus on a certain industry.
This event is about Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in Service Industry. We specially tailored it for every person in this field, where working with people is your daily job, and it depends greatly on your inner health and positive emotions. Hospitality, Health Care, HR, Insurance, Education, Airline, Retail, Tourism, and so on. You are all welcome.
A must session for anyone who leads or works with other people, no matter what size the organisation. It is applicable for teamwork, customer service, and building relationships. Important for anybody who wants to develop a better understanding of themselves and others to enhance personal and professional relationships. Through a mix of discussion and practical exercises, you’ll develop awareness and practical strategies for being in touch with yours emotions and other’s.
