Let's Run and Move
Let's continue together a smooth training this Wednesday! Even if you are tired or not fit, it does not matter, let's go out together for jogging about 10 km in which we are going to make some gym movements. We'll make a loop but if needed, we can make a shorter run. Meeting pointProtected content . Make sure to take comfortable and warm clothes, shoes, a raincut and a light. Do not forget your smile also and if it's a day without, you'll come back with a nice one!! :)
