Exploring and practicing Mindfulness - orientation session

Join me for one hour of practicing mindfulness together.
You will be guided through two meditations to get a taste of what mindfulness is about...
The hour also serves as an orientation session to a 8-weeks-MBSR-course (online) that will start on Monday, 26 October at 6.30pm.
It would be great to have you on board if you feel learning mindfulness techniques could be something for you - or if simply you are curious to know more.
There will be time for Q & A and exchange!
