International touring company Complicité presents a new work directed by Simon McBurney and based on Nobel Prize-winning author Olga Tokarczuk’s novel of the same name: "Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead".

Olga Tokarczuk's “marvelously weird and fablelike mystery” play is a whodunnit unlike any other. A rallying cry for nature, it explosively exposes the hypocrisy of institutional power. What does it mean to be human and what does it mean to be animal, and can we separate the two? Why is the killing of animals sport and that of humans murder? Let's find together at Bristol Old Vic in February!

As usual, we are meeting shortly before the performance starts inside Bristol Old Vic, at the bar. Please call the number listed under the event if you cannot find us. There is a larger group of free seats near A7 in the dress circle (level 0), but feel free to book in whichever area you prefer. Also, please purchase your ticket from Bristol Old Vic's website in advance (there are not many free seats left for this show already). Note that there are different ticket prices, depending on how much you can afford to pay.

Looking forward to seeing many of you there!
