I’d like to share some easy tips on self-discipline and healthy food that may help improve your daily routine, efficiency, and mood. 😊
•We’ll wait for 10 min for people to join (while waiting participants are welcome to introduce themselves and tell each other why they found this topic interesting);
•Sharing own practices;
•Suggestions for the next event/topic.
The event will be recorded only for making images for the photo gallery of the event and my personal use for self-development.
I’d like this event to be closer to the in-person type. Therefore, I’m suggesting a slightly different format:
•You are kindly requested to have a paper and a pen/pencil for taking notes.
•Let’s use zoom chat only for sharing links, if any. All comments and questions are welcome via mic.
•You are welcome to keep your cameras and mics on, unless you have some strong background noise. It’ll be nice to see and hear your reaction during the entire session.
•My presentation will be verbal (you all have a good imagination to visualize, I’m sure :-D ).
•You’ll be offered to share your own tips and ask questions after the presentation.
•If you have a question, please raise your own real hand so that we see in on the screen.
•If you want to show ‘thumb up’, also use your one real hand, please.
