Dear friends,

This time we decided to move away from the usual organization of dinner meeting and enliven our gatherings.

I am glad to invite you all to our ONLINE cooking event to be broadcasted from one of the kitchens of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. :-)

Abdulrahman from Palestine will give a master class for us on cooking national dishes: Maqluba, Lentil soup and a salad.

If you would like to cook with us, please prepare the following ingredients in advance.

The suggested amount is for 10 persons:

Maklouba
1. Rice x 2 kg
2. Eggplants around 1 kg max
3. Meet Protected content

Lentil Soup
1. Red lentil ½ kg
2. Garlic 2 pcs
3. Carrot 1 medium pcs
4. Potato 1 medium pcs
5. Almost 1 cup of olive oil

Salad
1. Tomato 1 kg
2. Cucumber ½ kg
3. Some herbs
4. Lemon 2 pcs
5. Capsicum Protected content
6. Yogurt 1 kg

You'll need 2 cooking pans, a blender and other regular kitchen tools.
