Fall Hike - Powderface Ridge
Time: 4 hours
Powderface Trail is a popular trail within the Bragg Creek area.
Once at the ridge we will have a snack, it is getting a bit chilly out there so it is best to not sit too long.
This hike is suited for strong beginners.
For more information on the hike:
Please eat well in the morning as we will only be stopping for a quick snack and photos at the Ridge. Bring snacks and at least 1l of water.
It is getting cold so it is important to dress in layers, and have a layer to add, even a wind jacket can help, for when we stop for snacks. Bring a hat, mitts and micro-spikes. You must have proper hiking shoes or boots and bear spray.
Recommended to bring, poles, gaiters, gloves for while eating snacks.
Bring socks & shoes for after the hike.
We will meet at the Starbucks in Shawville and Carpool out.
