Office Hunch Reverser: Yoga for Back/ Neck Pain & Better Posture
You don't need to touch your toes to join this event!
Does your back, shoulders and neck feel stiff after a full week sitting at the desk?
This is why I designed this 1 hour of fun exercises, stretches and gentle movements so we can:
- reverse our hunched over posture
- reduce pain especially in the back and neck
- increase flexibility
- and feel at ease and stress-free.
What to expect?
- laughter & new connections
- a lighter and less full head and mind
- greater connection and mobility in your body
Please come in clothing you are comfortable in.
Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided, but if you prefer to bring your own yoga mat, please do!
Space is extremely limited so please reconfirm at least 24hr prior to the event that you will indeed make it. I'll write you a private message ahead of time to make sure :)
