Welcome back from summer holidays!

August topic for our monthly get-together is "omni-channel retail strategy", an approach to sales and marketing that provides customers with a fully-integrated shopping experience by uniting brick-and-mortar purchase and mobile-browsing data and everything in between.
Omni-channel retail focuses on every customer interaction and their overall experience of product and brand, allowing to differentiate from competitors and to further boost sales.

Let's have a round table to discuss how luxury and fast fashion brands are currently using the omni-channel strategy and let's be inspired for the organisation we work at, as it can be applied to every retail context.
We can share our first-hand experience and practical examples. Of course people with little knowledge about omni-channel but willing to know more are also welcome to join the event.

Those who wish to share relevant material (Power Point presentation, document excerpts) during the event are kindly required to send me a personal message with attachment within Thursday the 30th of August, so that I have enough time to organise the intervention schedule.
