In collaboration with Readerland, join us embodying mindfulness through creative playful movements. Learn how to reduce your daily stress. Empower yourself body and mind.

While we still have our health, 100% of us are dealing with the psychological impact of the pandemic. Beyond our physical health, we need to include our mental and emotional wellbeing. Mental stress and emotional exhaustion can take a toll on our physical health. How we can take care of our community, is by taking care of ourselves first.

In this online workshop, you’ll learn creative hands-on tools, for the mind and body, to strengthen yourself in this uneasy time. You’ll be guided towards self-reflection, awareness and nurturing more positivity in your life.

Irene Anggreeni (ID/NL) a licensed therapist & wellbeing consultant at Expat Wellbeing. Formerly an engineer and design researcher, she helps the international community in NL and beyond create health and wellbeing.
