Yoga and Meditation Workshop (Mid Autumn Festival)
I am Bhusan from Nepal. I have been doing Yoga and Meditation for 16 years.
I want to share the secret knowledge from the himalayas with you, i will teach you some breathing techniques (Pranayama) and how to do meditation. I have learned this techniques from different Gurus and holy men travelling across the himalayas of Nepal and India.
Just 30 miutes of breathings and a short meditation will keep you healthy and you feel fresh and active all the day.
Bring your yoga mat, the activity will take place in the roof of my home at the beautiful courtyard in hutong, there are only 5 spots.
We will explore the hutong area and have dinner together to celebrate the Mid Autumn festival after the event.
