Ready to Join?

On Gothenburg's archipelago's southernmost inhabited island, Vrångö, you can really enjoy the tranquility of archipelago life. And since the island is known for its beautiful nature and its fine sandy beaches. Vrångö is also a nice destination for you who like to hike. For example, walk in one of the nature reserves located in the northern and southern parts of the island, where you can find the shorter walking trail Tärnstigen.
Vrångö is located almost 20 km southwest of Gothenburg and can be reached by ferry from Saltholmens Brygga in about 35 minutes.

Plan in Details:
- Meeting at 9:45 at the entrance of Saltholmen brygga (ferry terminal)
- We take ferry Protected content Vrångö leaving at 10:08 from platform C3.
- Arrival to Vrångö at 10:37 where we go around the island and make stops along the way at different points of interest.
- Around Protected content , we take a longer break on a sandy beach, to eat, grill and swim. So, bring your swimming suit if you would like to swim, your food to grill if you would like to grill or just food to eat for lunch.
We will finish the hike at Skärdgårdens Café. After that we will take the ferry back to Saltholmen at 15:18. We are back at Saltholmen at 15.49.
Bring food and drinks, dress according to the weather, bring and wear proper footwear.
