Beginner Pilates for Men & Women

Hi everyone, come try a 45 minute Pilates class, followed by 30 minutes of social time.
Pilates is a low-impact, strength and posture workout that uses machines called Reformers. It's suitable for Men and Women of all ages and abilities, and we'll be doing a beginner class so everyone can keep up.
The class is after hours, so it will just be me and the instructor there. We have the space from 3pm to 4.30pm sharp. Class will be from 3.15 to 4pm. Minimum to run is 4 people. Maximum is 9. The space is in Bangsar, so there are plenty of cafes nearby if you want to go after.
Wear comfortable active wear - not too baggy, and wear socks. No shoes allowed inside.
