In this 3-hour workshop Matoula Piscopani will guide us into Conscious Breathwork so we can feel confident and secure within ourselves to reach a place of trust.
Breathwork, or Conscious Breathwork is a simple and powerful technique. We lie down and through the facilitation and the support of a skilled and experienced Breathwork practitioner we experience a change in our breathing which simulates the way we live, think, feel, and behave. Therefore, by changing the way we breathe, we change the way we perceive and respond to life.
