Training /Running Along the Rhine River
who wants to join for 40 min training that is part of my half-marathon training?
This is easy training.
This composed of cadence training, Progressive training. Both over series of 30’’ runs.
At the end it is followed by a mile run (1,6km)
All types of RUNNERS are more than welcome to join me and run the same exercises or run their speed. What matters is to trigger motivation and not to run alone.
