Weekend YOGA FUN & YOGA NIDRA , DISCOUNTED, 4 All Levels
Let's wake up for a fun yoga day!
*One of the best way to spent our weekend is to reconnect with OUR BODY, MIND and SOUL to find the unchangable stillness in ourselves.
*To reach this goal, we will use powerful methods and techniques of yoga such as MINDFUL BREATH, MEDITATION, attention guiding STATIC ASANAS (yoga postures) holding and dynamic asana flow.
*Furthermore we will add ELEMENTS from other DISCIPLINES such as animal movements and bodyweight training, work with props and wall, exercises with partner and some fun with hand balances, inversions and tricky yoga transitions.
*As a bonus we will finish our workshop with YOGA NIDRA (yogic sleep, kind of guided meditation), which let us reach the most deepest levels of phisical and mental relaxation & free us from all stress and useless worries and thoughts we carrying,
We aim to reconnect YOU with YOUR inner self, and give chance to reinvent and redefine YOURSELF.
