Wall massage from home or office
Body ache, shoulder and neck pain, how to get knots out of your muscles? You can try using wall massage technique to relief muscle tightness (muscles knots) and trigger points throughout your body.
No equipments are needed. Look for a wall that has a corner or edge. Result is effective.
