Get fit during lunch break
Are you sitting for long periods of time? Are you not finding enough time to work out?
You only need 30 minutes to feel better. We mobilise our main joints and strengthen the stabilising muscles around your core.
Exercises are particularly designed for people who sit a lot but at the end everybody will feel better afterwards :)
You will feel more mobile and motivated for the rest of the day!
