In search of garlic leaves
A short hiking on Sunday to Lainzer Tiergarten.
First we will meet at Protected content
. Then walk to Lainzer Tiergarten, takes about 10 minutes. We could either walk up to the peak or if we are lucky we might be able to harvest some garlic leaves (Bärlauch).
Perhaps we could cook together and enjoy the aroma of garlic.
Garlic leaves are bright green with a pointed shape. The scent is strong with a pungent garlic aroma.
Please wear proper shoes for hiking.
