Reading Café abt "sunlight reflection technologies"

Reading Café is similar to a book club idea, except we read and discuss articles of “global current affairs”, not politics! It’s a casual friendly event to meet the global community too.

Summer seems to start earlier or to get warmer every year, some scientists are exploring technologies to cool the planet by reflecting the sunlight back into space. The technologies appeared in various names…sunlight-reflection technologies, sun-blocking technologies, solar radiation modification, solar geoengineering. No fret, they're about the same!

We’ll read more about the technologies, the progress made by the United States and a brief summary of a recent research by United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Two very interesting and contrasting opinion for our reading:
