The fear of flying grips Anna B., a talented actress who could aspire to international success. Even the opportunity of a lifetime, a role in a Korean film, crumbles miserably in the face of the terror of getting on a plane. And Anna B. finds herself playing a popular and somewhat insipid TV series for the fifth season. Meanwhile, her beloved daughter decides to study at a prestigious university in California. And now? Sure that her daughter doesn't want to, Anna asks her one evening if she would like it if she accompanied her and, unexpectedly receiving a positive response, falls into the deepest despair and, not wanting to go back on her promise, has no choice but to enroll in a course to overcome the fear of flying...

In her directorial debut, Margherita Buy, one of the most popular actresses in Italian cinema, creates an extremely entertaining comedy with depth, based on autobiographical experiences.
